Need to return or exchange a part? We got you covered.

May I return a part?

Absolutely! You can return a part for a full refund (minus a 15% restocking fee) within 30 days of the original purchase with the exception of electrical items or items opened from the package and used/installed.

May I exchange a part?

We do not process exchanges at this time. We will have you return the part and will issue a refund. You will then have to place a new order.

How do I return an item?

You can return your part in 3 easy steps:

  • Call us at  1-888-828-5861 or email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt.
  • Mail the part back to us.
  • Receive your refund within 5-10 business days once approved and inspected at the warehouse.

The return must include:

  • The part in its original packaging not opened or used and cannot be an electrical item
  • The order number (either a copy of the email or a piece of paper stating the order number)

What if you sent me the wrong part?

We apologize if that happens. We’ll take full responsibility and send you the right part after we receive the wrong one back.

What if I ordered the wrong part?

No problem. We’ll gladly accept the return subject to a return fee. Return shipping will be your responsibility.

How long do I have to return or exchange a part?

We’ll happily work with you if you decide to return a part up to 30 days after the original purchase date.

Can I return a part for any reason?

Of course. We don’t ask questions. We’ll accept your return for any reason as long as the part is still unused and in its original packaging.

Can I exchange a part for any reason?

Yes. If you’re not completely satisfied with your part for any reason, we’ll be happy to exchange it for you. All we ask is for the part to be unused and still in its original packaging.

Are there certain parts I can’t return?

We can’t accept any returns on the following items:

  • Used parts
  • Installed or tried parts
  • Electrical or electrical related parts
  • Any order older than 30 days
  • Items not in the original packaging

Do I have to pay any restocking fees?

A 15% min restocking fee applies to all returned parts unless we made the error and a vin was supplied. If the part is not returned in new/same condition as that it was shipped in, there will be a 50% return fee. We may ultimately deny the return. This will be subject to approval and final inspection at the warehouse and the final decision is at our discretion. 

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

We will provide a prepaid shipping label if the error was on our end, otherwise return shipping will be the buyers responsibility.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Most refunds take 5-10 business days to process.

How long do returns take to process?

It can take up to 5 business days.

What if the part is defective or damaged?

The first thing you should do is contact us. Please do not attempt to fix the item. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and send you a new part as soon as we receive the defective one from you.

What if my return never arrives? Do I still get a refund?

No, you will only get your refund if we receive your return package. You may want to keep an eye on the shipment through the tracking number provided on the shipping label. If it gets stuck or lost somewhere, you’ll need to work out the issue with the shipping company and make sure the package gets back to us. This is why we always recommend insurance and signature required to ensure the package arrives at our location.

What if someone else purchased the part for me and I want to return or exchange it?

We can only process your return if it comes with the original invoice. If the person can’t provide the invoice, we can work out an exchange.

What is a core return/core charge?

A core charge is the price we’d pay for your old part. You'll get a discounted price on a new part if you send us the old part. For engines or freight items, you are responsible for any freight or return shipping costs to send back your core. We will not pay any return shipping fees for core items.

Here’s how the process works: Let’s say we have a $150 part. We’re willing to sell it to you for $100 if you agree to send us the old part, which has a $50 core charge. We’ll sell you the part for $150, and then refund you the $50 core charge when we receive the old part from you. Ultimately, you’ll pay $100 plus your old part for a brand new part that costs $150. Core return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, we will not provide a return label for this.
