Shipping Policy

We understand how important it is for you to receive your parts as soon as possible. That’s why we have a shipping department dedicated to fulfilling orders promptly.

Do you have a minimum order?

No, we do not. You can order as much or little from us as you want! You may find that the more parts you order, and is grouped into one shipment, the overall cost of the parts decreases! Shipping charges are also cheaper vs individual items since the parts are grouped into one shipment more efficiently!

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are estimated based on location and weight. You will see the shipping estimate in the shopping cart at checkout. Shipping estimates are just that. If we need to collect additional shipping we will contact you. Please be aware during Holiday seasons many carriers are experiencing longer than usual delivery times. We have no control over this, we appreciate your understanding!

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer three different shipping options:

  • Ground shipping: typically 2-7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: typically 1-5 business days
  • Overnight shipping: 1 business day (Must be ordered by 12 PM EST)

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

We accept orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders placed Mon-Fri by 4 PM EST are processed right away. Orders after 4 PM on Fri and on weekends are processed the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

If you opt for ground shipping, you should get your order in 2 to 7 business days, depending on location. If you splurge on overnight shipping, you bet you’ll get your order the next business day! Overnight orders are processed Mon-Fri until 12 PM EST. Orders placed after 12 PM Fri and on weekends are processed the following business day.

Will you provide tracking information?

Of course. We’ll email you the tracking number as soon as we ship your order. Carriers sometimes do not update their records for several days or until the order is out for delivery.

If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?

Your card will be charged when you place your order. It will typically show as a pending charge until the item is shipped. Hold times vary by your bank, you will need to reach out to your financial institution with any questions about hold times.

If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?

We ship all the parts we have in stock within 24 hours. If a part is not in stock, we’ll order it from the manufacturer and ship it to you as soon as we receive it. In this case, it can take up to 10 business days for you to receive your order. During peak times, orders may take longer to process and will likely exceed the initial delivery time frame provided. We are not able to reimburse for shipping charges at this time if this does exceed the delivery time frame as the date provided is simply an estimate.

Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately we cannot at this time. You can always place separate orders, shipping will be charged for each order placed.

Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

Yes, we do. All shipping quotes will be provided at the checkout.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?

Yes, via USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

For the time being, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship domestically, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Do you ship hazardous items?

Yes, via UPS ground. Simply select UPS for the shipping method, any other carrier selection will not be honored.

Do you ship oversized parts?

Yes. You’ll have to pay an additional charge, though. You will be contacted if the shipping charge was not collected accurately and needs to be shipped freight.

What happens if you ship the wrong part?

We’ll take full responsibility and send you the right part immediately as long as you entered the vin before checkout. We’ll also ask you to return the wrong part to us at your expense if the item is not electrical and not opened/used.

What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?

Please do not return the part to us because we’re not responsible for the damage. Instead, fill out a damage claim report with the carrier to receive a refund from them. You can use the refund to order a new part from us if you wish.

How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?

If you’re not sure whether you’re ordering the right parts from us, give us a ring! We’ll be more than happy to help you find the right parts for your vehicle. On the checkout page, you will be prompted to provide your vin. Doing so will allow us to check the parts to ensure 100% fitment! Orders in which the vin is not provided are returnable, electrical and select parts are not, we will charge a return fee not due to our error.

What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?

You’re more than welcome to return the part to us for a refund or an exchange. You’ll have to pay a 15% restocking fee, and the returned part must be unused and still in its original packaging.

What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?

It’s up to the carrier to make this decision, so you’ll have to contact them. Most likely, they’ll return the package to us. You may place a new order with your new address. We will make every attempt to update this, however, we ship orders out as quickly as possible and many items are readily available to ship immediately after the order is placed.

What if I never receive an order?

Look up the tracking number to find out where your package ended up, and then give us a ring to work something out. We do ask that you file a report with the carrier to start the process.

What happens if I refuse the shipment?

If you want to return or cancel your order, please accept the shipment and then follow the process outlined in our return policy to guarantee a refund or an exchange. Simply return to sender may have the package incorrectly routed back to us. We are not responsible for any loss if a return to sender option is utilized.
